My overall experience since starting has been positive. It did seem, however, that they were not upfront about compensation throughout the recruiting process.

good culture, innovating a ton. Not a place where people shatter quota and make huge dollars but rather a place many people actually achieve their OTE's with consistency.

Customers love the product, very little churn as a result of that. Companies not hiring as much has limited the user license expansion.

FloQast had a solid team environment. Leadership was approachable, and managers genuinely tried to coach reps instead of just pushing quota. There was a collaborative feel across BDRs and AEs, which made the day-to-day more enjoyable. At times, priorities shifted quickly, which created some confusion, but overall the culture leaned
