The new leadership is causing a lot of change and shaking things up. There is a disconnect between how this job is sold in the interview process and the job.

Great product market fit, some good people. Most of the organization is deeply dysfunctional including marketing, product, operations just to name a few. Nepotism is out of control and is burning out top talent. Sales leadership behavior is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

There's finally an exodus after treating tenured Senior AE's like crap by cutting territories and commissions. They just lost a large chunk of their Major Account AEs and a lot of good AEs in 2024. This is what happens when you treat brand new unproven reps better than accomplished ones.
