Underqualified management with no public sector sales experience. Micromanagement on a scale the likes of which I’ve never seen, with little care for the customer and their experience. Who cares if you can’t implement what you previously sold them, we just released a no solution that doesn’t work! Sell it to them! A constant test of your ethics and patience.
