Current Employee My experience at Flock is mixed. The ALPR product excels and is easy to sell, but sales leadership is chaotic, with a new leader lacking outside sales experience. Sales reps are burdened with excessive note-taking, diverting focus from actual sales efforts. There's a perception that the new leader aims to remove tenured reps for greater control, altering the company culture from a crime elimination focus to profit-centric. Unfortunately, the unique and special work environment has deteriorated due to ongoing negative changes, leading to an all-time low in morale. A mass exodus of reps at year-end wouldn't be unexpected.
