Former Employee The rate of growth is intense and demanding. Everyone is expected to perform at a high level with low margins for error. Growing pains are at times very real.
Lack of cross collaboration within community safety and other teams (implementaion) was frustating.
3 managers in 1 year was difficult.- If you're not in an established territory you're pretty much going to have to work 3x as hard just to hit your quotas.
