Its been okay. It is a startup and can be frustrating at times. Goal seems unrealistic, ramp sucks, no 401K match. Expensive healthcare. Great onboarding, decent tech stack

There's finally an exodus after treating tenured Senior AE's like crap by cutting territories and commissions. They just lost a large chunk of their Major Account AEs and a lot of good AEs in 2024. This is what happens when you treat brand new unproven reps better than accomplished ones.

At first the lead generation and company flow was the best I had experienced. Once the company started to expand the "big company little company feel" dwindled and changed rapidly.
