There’s been a lot of leadership changes, multiple lay offs over the past few years, product change that customers don’t like. It’s hard to move out of a BDR role into another part of the company

When I began Forrester was a great company. Sadly they hired a new CSO and did lots of adjusting to staff - letting go 400+.

The company really took a turn for the worst half way through 2022. Bad acquisition and new product roll-out that the market wasn't buying at the price point offered. Start of 2023 was even worse, and there's no turnaround in sight. Avoid for now.
