Pros: very friendly working culture, strong work-life balance, smart colleagues. Very interesting clients who trust the company and treat you as partners. Cons: limited strategic sales leadership. Poorly structured comp, lack of internal discussion around poor company performance. Classic "leaders have blinders on" situation.
