Leadership is clueless and stuck doubling down on things that don't work. Culture and people are great, pay is horrendous compared to market rate. Be cautious.

Pros: very friendly working culture, strong work-life balance, smart colleagues. Very interesting clients who trust the company and treat you as partners. Cons: limited strategic sales leadership. Poorly structured comp, lack of internal discussion around poor company performance. Classic "leaders have blinders on" situation.

Company has had severe leadership, product fit, and sales enablement issues since end of 2021. I would avoid this company and look at competitors like Gartner or ASML
