Former Employee2.3Jul 22, 2024Fortinet has seen better days. CEO is way to involved in minor details that he doesn’t have insight in. Very much a “boys club” kind of culture. Territories are split up much, leaving new reps or reps who don’t have connections with management, with very bad territories.

Current Employee2.7May 10, 2025The Marketing -> Lead -> Opportunity flow is hindered by the breadth of products, technologies, etc. without enough SMEs to effectively communicate value. This company needs to invest more in kickstarting parts of the business that have excellent value and growth potential.
