Current Employee The numbers used to be attainable. The company as a whole is growing between 30-40% each year so they expect that of reps and they've added headcount in territories that may not warrant extra headcount so it's difficult to hit numbers. They also made changes recently to only pay you a percentage of 3 and 5 yr deals even though you have them sold and paid for up front.
