My experience has been great. I have been in tech for quite a while and can't say that I've been somewhere like this before. The products are fantastic and help customers at an affordable price. The sales culture is good. Fortinet hires top talent and pays to keep them. No constant turnover or pulling accounts making it difficult to keep up.

Success is very territory based. If you are in a good territory you'll make money. If not, just grind, network, and move on to somewhere better.
