The SDR organization has taken quite the hit over the last 2 years. The culture used to be surrounded around sales and success, but with new management— it’s much more micromanaged. I wonderful job for a hungry, graduating college student/young adult. All it takes is a hard work ethic and an ability to conversate, to make a nice paycheck.
