Leadership leaves most processes and sales pipeline activity alone as far as KPI's. Which can be a benefit, but a hands off approach sometimes can lead to too much ambiguity. accounts have dwindled over the past 3 years from 500 to 80 accounts. The accounts we have are supposed to grow in size but have essentially stayed the same while having the same quota and OTE.
