This company has changed significantly over the last 5 years. Great product mix but poor management and senior leadership. They have lost touch with what actually happens at the field level.

Initial experience was good and was sold on a the company culture. The people are great but the system is broken as the BDR department is are not aligned with Sales Team. This is most likely due to the fact BDR's are under marketing and not under the sales department. Unlimited PTO is not as advertised. For a while it was but now it's Flexible PTO based on tenure....Read More

Only 20% of reps hit their quota in 2023. They keep changing comp structure to pay their employees less and less. They changed "commission" to be called a "bonus" and are holding commissions for years. If you leave the company you don't get any of the "bonus" that is owed. They claim this is for employee retention.

It’s a good company with great products. The leadership is strong and have gone out of their way to retain talent. The quotas are a bit high but that seems to be industry standard. Overall a good place to work and grow.
