Culture and leadership has gone downhill in the last year and half. Lots of churn on the sales teams, roughly 30% left last year due to comp plan changes and large quotas.

Segmentation and smaller territories. In 2025 segmentation it was a big swing and miss for our commercial team. They had no clue on what would be successful
