Overall experience at Fortinet is positive. It's not very busy from a SE perspective which gives me time to train and get more familiar with products.

Leadership is trash, base pay sucks, no upward mobility for over 1.5 years within the org. They have a problem retaining great talent. The Products are fantastic though.

The firewalls are still doing great but there isn't much innovation in that regard. Otherwise they are constantly adding new products which are well below the competition and can only compete by saying everything is connected through the fabric

Overall experience was good. Towards the end there were a lot of changes being made to kpis and compensation. During my time there poor leadership created more activity based metrics than results which led to some poor culture aspects.
