The people are good people. Unfortunately they are an acquisition company, so they are consistently adding new companies to their portfolio. There is so much responsibility put on management that requires their attention in many different places at once. When it comes to management working directly with reps, there is essentially no training, and lack of support. For veteran enterprise reps who have a diverse knowledge of many industries, vast networks, and like to be left alone it could be a good fit, if the pay is high enough. For those who are still looking to grow as reps, hone their skills, and learn from management directly, while continuing to grow their skillset, you will likely not receive that attention or expertise other than new industry knowledge.
