As others have said depends on your business unit. But, looking back it's comical how poorly this org is run. The competition is on 3rd base while they're still in the dugout. It's clear they don't care about specific business units and just hired and fired as part of the plan all along. Pretty unprofessional and couldn't recommend less.

This is based on the particular business business unit I represented. The company is still very much divided with business units and it depends on which business unit unit represent as to whether you will be a successful. Some are much much better than others.
