I believe Frontier Communications has an opportunity for growth. But it has to invest in its own infrastructure. As a seller, you can spend so much time selling a product, but if engineering cannot come through with the delivery of the product, the company fail, and the reputation a large amount of the time is tarnished in relationships can be severely damaged.

Frontier has become a very high-pressure sales job over the past several months. The lack of support is going to be the downfall of Frontier.

I worked there during a difficult time of transition for the organization. With that said, I was given a ton of autonomy to make the business my own. I received great direction and support from my direct supervisor, but ultimately, the product had many challenges.
