Former Employee CRO is a bully with employees and customers. He’s blown numerous deals with his 1980’s sales style. He smiles in your presence then stabs you in the back when you least expect it. He thinks he’s better than everyone. He’s a positional leader who criticizes, demeans, and creates a fear culture. He often plays mind games and has colorful language that he uses with regularity no matter the audience - and the company puts up with it. He disparages others when not present including his peers like the CFO. He’s been reported to HR but no visible change has been made. He’s created a toxic and hostile work environment and has destroyed the spirit of the team leaving the rest of the company why the team is not performing. He creates false narratives with the CEO to get what he wants. He is without reservation the worst CRO many of us have ever encountered. A total fraud.
