Current Employee Great product now that target market is finally identified. There are some very smart, hard working and good people here.
As long as the current CRO is still in control, avoid at all costs. This is the most toxic individual that most employees have had to work for. He is highly manipulative and controlling, unethical, displays blatant favoritism, and takes zero accountability when his tactics fail.
He has created a highly toxic environment where top performers can be fired without warning or reason. He is slowly removing anyone he did not have a hand in hiring, and replacing those with his own relationships from previous companies. There is no loyalty to current employees.
This is the first organization I have been a part of where the keys were handed to one person to make every decision without check. Directors (managers) have essentially no voice. If the CRO's decisions, tactics or narratives are questioned, the employee will have their job threatened or will be immediately terminated.
Advice to leadership would be to listen to the countless HR complaints that have been made, along with the obvious pattern of reviews on sites like these.
