FullStory is having very real challenges this year. They've had multiple RIFs in the last 2 years, overall top-line sales growth has been bad but even worse is the amount of customers churning. They just fired CRO, Head of ENT, Head of Sales Eng in July and the company feels very much in panic mode. There's so much competition in this space and FullStory is not the horse I'd bet on.

Company went from empathy, clarity, trust to sell more, you all don't do enough, layoffs. Hoping that they turn things around, but leadership in place today is driving the company into the ground.
