The reality is a lack of true culture, with favouritism shaping career paths and minimal investment in employee growth. DEI has been removed, and the comp plan was redesigned in the last two years to cap earnings. Training is limited, and most of your time will be spent on Salesforce admin work, not actual selling or skill-building. The product is solid, but think hard before joining especially if you value merit, fairness, development, or genuine leadership.
Until senior leadership changes and empathy returns to Fullstory as a core value, you will not enjoy your time here and likely be unsuccessful.
