The Relationship Management team is a mess. Most if not all of the Account Manager's in SMB left the organization and when I was on the initial "CSR" Account Management team (they refused to call us Relationship Managers at the time) all of our team had a quota, and renewals, but did not receive commission.

The Director of SMB was in over his head and the high turnover was solely due to the Director of SMB. This is why G2 has such a low rating on Repvue.
