Old employees have managed to create silos and it is challenging for new employees to grow within the organisation. Most leaders are Yes men to the C Suite. You have limited growth potential unless you are on the good side of old managers. There is a lot of good about the way GEP manages to engage clients and employees. However the office politics and lack of individual innovation makes it difficult to contribute to real change.
