Former Employee Old employees have managed to create silos and it is challenging for new employees to grow within the organisation. Most leaders are Yes men to the C Suite. You have limited growth potential unless you are on the good side of old managers. There is a lot of good about the way GEP manages to engage clients and employees. However the office politics and lack of individual innovation makes it difficult to contribute to real change. Browse Other Reviews
