Current Employee This company is hard to rate it somehow feels like the most stable unstable place I’ve ever worked. In two years, I’ve seen four rounds of leadership changes and countless territory shifts. Depending on your team, you may feel shielded, but the turbulence is constant.
The recent departure of many core employees the ones who really held things together has been tough to recover from. The company operates lean, with minimal investment in marketing or staffing, so you often feel like you’re doing everything on your own.
Some managers are bright spots, leading with care and empathy, but they lack the influence to drive change. In three fiscal years, I’ve seen only one sales rep hit quota. Internal teams often claim deals, and commissions are among the worst I’ve seen in SaaS.
There’s no sales enablement, barely any tools, and zero career progression. I was once told by HR, “We don’t promote sellers even when they are successful.” It could be a great place if they invested in the right areas but they won’t. Browse Other Reviews
