Former Employee3.3Aug 26, 2025GRIN had a ton of potential but after several bad decisions by leadership, hiring to fire became the norm, inbound became non existent and the company focused too much on innovation and not enough on running a stable, functioning platform so churn became awful. Poor leadership will ultimately drive this company into the ground.

There is absolutely no structure or procerss that has been around for logner than 30 days, the goal post is always changing. They reufse felxiblity on terms, yet have THE worst reputation in the industry. It's truly pure arrogance....Read More
