(Aesthetics) — This company was in its prime in 2018-2022. Since they’ve gone public, everything is about budget and reps have been stripped of their resources & compensation. The industry itself is in a lull with an anti-filler movement and although pipeline seems decent, it may not be enough to overcome the direction of the company seeking profitability. The portfolio is top of the line but this is a tough, demanding career with little to show other than telling people you have a very luxury, high end job. The lack of comp opportunity and performance recognition certainly doesn’t match the workload and stress of the job.

This rating is for an aesthetic account manager. Extremely lucrative until 2023 when company had IPO, CEO runs co as like a big Pharma company which it is NOT. No Work/Life balance, while you're not on call you are available to your customers 24/7 basically and there is LOTS of busy work that cuts into field time. The environment was driven more by favoritism and short-term wins than by integrity or sustainable business practices.
