Current Employee This rating is for an aesthetic account manager. Extremely lucrative until 2023 when company had IPO, CEO runs co as like a big Pharma company which it is NOT. No Work/Life balance, while you're not on call you are available to your customers 24/7 basically and there is LOTS of busy work that cuts into field time. Single Distributor is very difficult to work with and process to open account and dealing with them in general makes it challenging since customers routinely have issues. Quotas have become unattainable the last 2 years and there has never been any transparency as to how they are calculated.
