They got rid of a lot of their more tenured, higher earning Sr level AEs in 2023-24, using their rigid 'performance improvement plan' as the driver to push them out. Damaged a lot of customer C-Level relationships, which is reflected in the stock dive over the last 12 months.

This is a terrible org, specifically if you go into micro HT. GBS side is not bad. Avoid MSE GTS at ALL costs. It's just a lottery for the right accounts/territory.
