Is the GTS team performing well in broad terms- what is the general feel for a role managing FSI accounts for GTS?

How are BD executives/directors performing lately in large enterprise (quota, WC, etc)? Also, do these guys get warm leads brought to them or do they have to do all the reach and meeting-getting? I’m at MSE right now and it’s pretty cushy so may get a bit of a culture shock

Anyone have experience working in High tech LE as an AE? Winner's circle achievers, WLB, management? I know less about it so curious to hear ppl's thoughts.
