Was a great experience to learn how to sell a complex solution into Enterprise level organizations. Ultimately was an immature org where sales was responsible for wearing multiple department hats while still carrying quota with little to no support.

Boring, but safe company. Experience greatly depends on territory and manager. Compensation is limited, but WLB can be decent if the manager isn't micromanaging.

My overall experience with Gartner for Sales Leaders was horrible. Totally outdated product fit. I closed a deal in q1 that put me to 60% to annual quota, then was put on a performance plan after not closing anything in q2. Leadership's strategy for being behind the team number is to push people out and blame it on reps. Also no room for creativity or trying anything...Read More
