Former Employee The culture and hybrid flexibility in GTS Enterprise Conference Sales are great, but the compensation structure is challenging. Earnings largely depend on territory assignments, and the combination of a low base salary with only 3% commission on a relatively low-priced product makes it difficult to reach strong income potential. Additionally, there appears to be no growth opportunity within this department, as increasing in pay or experience typically requires transitioning to another area of the company.
