First 2 years were great, after the second year there has been many empty promises about career progression and promotion opportunities. On top of it all company is shifting into a in-office model, slowly putting more and more requirements and mandates.

Base is lower compared to the average but culture & overall development is great. It all depends on who in the org your selling to & how good your territory is
