Current Employee I really enjoy the people I have encountered and I have an amazing manager! Training has been overall positive, after the first two weeks of training it does decline and you’re not given much to do while you’re “on the bench”. There is also a gender pay gap, at the low end of 3.2%. I spoke with HR and they seem to not want to correct the issue. Unfortunate for sure. I am paid 3.2% less than the lowest earning male in my hiring class, yet I come with industry knowledge, experience, relevant contacts for my assigned industry. I was not allowed to negotiate my salary, it was “best and final”. So, it seems the only reason I am paid less is because I’m a woman with a disability. They claim to care about equality but I have not experienced that myself.
