Current Employee Pros - Good benefits, training is thorough and targets mostly very attainable.
Cons - Only 30% of people actually get offered a job at the end of the Sales Development Program hence why so many people leave on Level 3.
A big part of your success as a BDR at Gartner will be on who your Rep is and if they're invested in your development. Some reps don't even let you shadow meetings and you don't get any support from your SDMs on this.
