Smart colleagues, good team dynamic. Interesting product and market but very difficult to engage clients and prospects. Saturated market with significantly cheaper competitors. Impact of AI remains to be seen.

Org is good. Too much "do as I say, rather than as I do" but comp potential (if you are really good) is insane. Also, objectively great/cv builder brand

Experience has been good for this being my first job out of college. They invest a ton of resources to get you ramped up & be successful in the role. The main issue has been, selling a product that has different ROI's for each client is not scalable. I have never had two sales cycles even remotely close to each other.
