Success is dependent on where you are placed and you don’t get a preference. Practice (supply chain vs. tech), support of your manager/BD/AE, and territory can widely differ peoples experiences. Same metrics for every SDR for Business development although some practices are more receptive to outreach than others. Great company and product but generally company has to have pain for the consumer to want it.

Gartner overall has great qualities. The benefits are great the comp plan is fair but the culture has changed and it feels less welcoming as it once did.
