Great company with a great culture but the product is getting more and more complexe to sell to the clients. making it very difficult to reach your quota.

If you don’t get a good territory, you’re stuck and will never hit quota. Company is incredibly AI-pilled. Endless internal meetings and an insistence on “the process.” Everyone on my team was miserable.
