Good culture and work environment, however OTE is low and couple that with 90% of AE's missing quota and there's not a lot of money going around.

The rules of engagement for different verticals were very unclear. Lost about 8 opportunities in 2 quarters to other verticals even though the companies were initially aligned to me in the system.

Gartner is an amazing organization... as long as you get the right leader and the right territory. Any prospective candidates should ask great 2nd and 3rd level questions about the leadership expectations and territory they will be aligned to.
