Working at Gartner has been great. They have world-class training and development. Product is challenging to sell so you get to improve and grow as a sales professional. Management is a hit or miss. I got lucky and have an incredible team and manager that are very supportive. Unlimited PTO. Quotas feel attainable. One of the biggest challenges is that value from the product can be very ambiguous and hard to prove ROÍ for contract renewals.
