My overall experience at Gladly was good. Leadership seemed like genuine good people, the product was great. It could be better marketed to raise more awareness in the industry and to have more name recognition. Micromanagement in the sales process.

Gladly has a few great people, but overall my experience was awful. No one hits quota and the sales team is set up to fail. While they have some strong logos, the product brings nothing unique or new to the category and they are unlikely to ever scale beyond the retail/ecommerce vertical. My overall experience has been positive because I have a great manager, but this fish rots from the head. If you are in enterprise, expect zero autonomy and the CEO to come in and destructively criticize everything you do as an AE/SC team. From there, he'll take over and pull in everyone he needs from other departments to sell a deal even if the product isn't a great...Read More
