Former Employee Gladly has a few great people, but overall my experience was awful. No one hits quota and the sales team is set up to fail. While they have some strong logos, the product brings nothing unique or new to the category and they are unlikely to ever scale beyond the retail/ecommerce vertical. The product is vaporware and IT buyers can spot this a mile away. Don't waste your time here, there are a lot of great products in the CRM/CX category and this one won't be around much longer.
