If you don't care about culture, this is a great place but if culture is important to you, run. Great product, very fast paced, horrible leadership. Zero transparency, reps are arbitrarily and covertly fired "due to business decisions" with no formal announcement or explanation. Reps live in constant fear.

Selling Glean requires a highly consultative approach in this busy AI market. The Inbound Lead / Opp flow in my experience has been non-existent but can vary greatly by territory.
