Current Employee Selling Glean requires a highly consultative approach in this busy AI market. The Inbound Lead / Opp flow in my experience has been non-existent but can vary greatly by territory. Enterprise reps who have been here for 2-3+ years are closing 2-3 deals per quarter, sometimes even just one per quarter. So if you are looking for high velocity and high volume of deals and dopamine hits, this is not the place. The competition within the market is heating up (Salesforce/Slack, Google, Microsoft, AWS, Notion, Workato and 30+ more). Glean has had a highly differentiated product for the last several years, but that gap is quickly closing with rising competition that is spending billions to build platforms that look and operate VERY similarly to Glean.
