Sales cycles are challenging since AI is hot but it’s been a traditionally unbudgeted line item so tough new sale in this macro environment.

Current Employee2.9Sep 2, 2025Very serious sales org, that works you hard with limited upside. Product is solid but in a competitive market. Hopefully pay matches workload soon. Currently looking to adjust incentive structures and add spiffs so that is encouraging, but more needs to be seen here. Very few reps hitting quota and accelerators are extremely weak until hitting 300% attainment….
