Been mixed. Glean is an exceptional company and product. Leading the way but also in a very competitive and busy market. Grow has been amazing but also means lots of change in all aspects of the business to stay up to speed with.

I joined this company because of the high caliber of people across multiple departments. I haven't worked with a company with this level of pedigree and passion. This, coupled with a truly market changing product, is the perfect situation for a big ride ahead!

Leadership is pretty phenomenal. There are some tough growing pains but overall it's a solid company that cares about you (as long as you hit your number). Like any company, if you have a bad quarter, you're gone.
