Zero transparency, reps are arbitrarily and covertly fired "due to business decisions" with no formal announcement or explanation. Reps live in constant fear.

Sales cycles are challenging since AI is hot but it’s been a traditionally unbudgeted line item so tough new sale in this macro environment.
