Ridiculously below market pay for a company of Glean's growth and trajectory. SMB/Commercial AEs are barely making over $100K OTE, a mid-market AE I know closely is making only $140K OTE, and more. No one W-2'd $1M last year despite our top strat rep hitting nearly 500% of goal and closing the biggest deal in company history. Culture is eng first, sales second and will remain that way as long as current CEO and founder is in charge
